- Handling incoming calls and other communications.

- Helping organize and maintain office common areas.

- Organizing travel by booking accomodations and reservations needs as required.

- Coordinationg events as necessary.

- Maintaining supply inventory.

- Maintaining office equipement as needed.

- Greeting clients and visitors as needed.

- Aiding with client reception as needed.
