Being healthy means following a healthy lifestyle, and with February being Healthy Lifestyle Awareness Month, we’re sharing some tips to help you get healthier — and stay that way! This month highlights the importance of healthy living through nutrition. How you fuel your body is important, so start fueling correctly.

Try stick to the following tips and be a healthier, happier you!

  2. Get enough sleep
  3. Exercise daily
  4. Eat more fruits and vegetables
  5. Meditate when possible
  6. Pick bright-colored foods
  7. Avoid processed food
  8. Avoid trigger foods which make you binge

  13. Stick to brown food instead of white — pastas, sugars etc
